Our client, a well‑established and rapidly expanding international food and beverage brand, is seeking a Food & Beverage Development Manager to join their growing UK team. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a highly recognisable brand in a competitive and fast‑paced market, focusing on high‑quality products, exceptional customer experiences and continuous innovation across its food and beverage offering.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance by developing and executing food and beverage strategies.
  • Create and evolve product ranges that deliver consistency in taste, quality, value, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Identify emerging trends and lead new product launches, particularly in the beverage category.
  • Shape the strategic direction of the beverage category in collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance and operations teams.
  • Support site visits, supplier engagement and ongoing product development initiatives across the UK.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver commercially successful ranges.
  • Maintain advanced Excel capability to support data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product development within food service, QSR or beverage‑led environments.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP and related food safety standards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Desire to advance into a management‑level role.
