We are looking for an experienced HCM Lead / Solution Architect with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules to lead end‑to‑end solution design and delivery for complex enterprise environments.
This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering Oracle HCM solutions across:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Learning
- HR Help Desk (HRHD)
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, lead implementation teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, ORC, Talent, Learning, HRHD)
- Experience with integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, APIs)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience in the higher education sector is a plus
