Cura Terrae Water is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of modern, cloud-based applications while supporting a small number of legacy systems.

Your Role

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, andmaintainingsoftware applications that support our operational and commercialobjectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams,you’llhelp deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test secure software solutions (primarily Azure Functions in .NET/C#)
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
  • Support a small number of legacy applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold performance, security, and reliability standards
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement in tools and processes

About You

  • Discreet, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge ofcontainerisation, e.g.Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with .NET/C# (preferred)
