Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time CNC Programmer to join a busy and expanding company based in the Birmingham area.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Operating, setting and programming HURCO CNC machines (e.g. milling, turning, or 5-axis machines) to produce high-precision components.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures safely and efficiently.
• Run production jobs according to job cards, route cards, and work instructions.
• Monitor machining operations and make basic offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished and in-process components using measuring equipment such as verniers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (where applicable).
• Ensure components meet drawing tolerances, surface finish, and quality requirements.
• Identify, record, and report non-conforming parts in line with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection and production records.

Hours of Work

Monday – Friday

07:30AM – 16:30PM

Pay Rate

£15 – £17ph dependant on experience.
