Role Overview:
You will take full responsibility for supervising and delivering 33kV and LV cable installation works, ensuring activities are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands‑on management role requiring strong technical understanding and the ability to lead site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of cable installation (33kV & LV) on site
- Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe delivery of works
- Interpret and work from drawings and cable schedules
- Drive programme delivery and maintain project timelines
- Ensure compliance with H&S standards
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and report progress
- Maintain site documentation and ensure works meet required specifications
Essential Requirements
- SMSTS
- Valid CSCS Card
- Demonstrable experience in cable installation (33kV / LV)
- Proven experience in a Site Manager/Supervisory role
- First Aid
- SHEA Power
- Experience on National Grid/BESS projects
Additional Information
