Female PA aged 25+ required to support male in his 30s with learning difficulties in the Peterlee area
All care will be given in his own home.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation and assistance in keeping living area clean and tidy
- Personal care support as needed, including bathing and medication administration
- Assist with appointments and other general duties discussed at interview
- Potential overnight respite care in case of emergency
- Driver with own car essential
Qualifications and Experience
- Reliable, with experience in a caring role (paid or unpaid)
- Experience working with people with learning difficulties and Autism preferred
- First aid experience and current proof of certification required
- Successful applicants will need an enhanced DBS check carried out prior to commencement
Hours / Wage
£13 per hour, 5-7 hours per week. Flexible extra hours may be available to cover holidays and other absences.
