Overview
Support the sales and operations team with the implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily focused on Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs). Assist with establishing and refining implementation standards, processes, documentation, tools, and metrics for project management in support of various projects, using existing partner resources as a foundation. Provide configuration of solutions per Project Manager specifications, post‑implementation customer support, and staging of hardware for customers. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and creative problem‑solving to overcome obstacles and deliver on time, on budget, and with full customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales and operations team with implementation of Retail Technologies, primarily Electronic Shelf Labels.
- Configure the IoT Platform specifications as defined in the requirements documentation to integrate cloud‑based software and design templates.
- Manage equipment shipment fulfillment and customer billing.
- Handle customer interactions for multiple accounts, including ongoing communication and weekly status meetings.
- Provide remote and on‑site assistance and consultative services to customers pre‑ and post‑installation, including “train the trainer” support.
- Provide Level 1 post‑go‑live support for 30 days, escalating advanced support through project managers and partners as needed.
- Act as the ongoing point of contact for the customer, managing post‑implementation account care after sign‑off.
- Ensure adherence to on‑time and on‑budget standards for all projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (preferred).
- 1‑3 years of relevant support or configuration experience, preferably in key accounts and with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript preferred); graphic design skills desirable.
- Experience with full‑scaled technology deployment and support in food retailing or related industries.
- Ability to travel 25%‑35% of the time, per business needs.
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary and Benefits
Salary range: $47,625 – $88,447. Compensation varies by experience, location, and other factors. The role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage will be the greater of the posted range or the local minimum wage.
