Backend Developer

We’re looking for a Backend Developer to build and maintain our platform infrastructure. You’ll work on our API layer, payment integrations, real-time features, and database design. You’ll help ensure our platform scales reliably as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust APIs using Node.js and TypeScript
• Integrate with payment providers (Stripe) and external services
• Write and maintain database migrations and schema
• Monitor and improve system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams on feature delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Understanding of authentication and security best practices

Nice to have

• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS
• AWS or cloud infrastructure experience
• Experience with event-driven architecture
