Responsibilities
- Design and build the core platform
- Automate messy real‑world workflows
- Shape how AI is used inside operational businesses
- Build and lead your own engineering team
- Drive product strategy and influence business decisions
Qualifications & Expectations
- Passion for building from scratch and driving product from concept to launch
- Strong autonomy and influence, comfortable with long nights and hard problems
- Experience applying AI to physical‑world processes, not just dashboards
- Ambition to grow into a CTO role before Series A
