Senior Sales Administrator Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on support to a team of Account Managers and Account Directors, handling all administration relating to sales
- Confidently handle incoming enquiries, utilising your product knowledge to provide quotes on finance packages that meet customer needs
- Use your knowledge of funder criteria and rates to successfully package proposals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and in line with regulations
- Manage dealer accounts and develop existing dealer relationships to secure new and future revenue
- Continually maintain strong relationships with dealers, funders, and customers, keeping everyone updated throughout the process
- Act as a point of contact for customers, successfully handling queries and resolving issues to a positive outcome
- Support the Account Managers, Account Directors, and new business team with marketing activities, such as mailshots, customer calls, and visits, to generate new leads and interest
- Work alongside the accounts and underwriting teams to ensure processes are adhered to, and the customer journey runs smoothly
- Run regular reports to track monthly targets
- Maintain the CRM, ensuring all activity is recorded, and information is accurate
Senior Sales Administrator Skills and Experience
- Strong administration skills, with previous administration experience gained in a fast‑paced sales environment
- Experience within the finance sector is essential, and has a good understanding of FCA regulations
- Enjoys being within a sales environment, and is happy to contribute to sales and achieve targets
- Strong communication skills, enjoys speaking to people over the phone and via email, and forging strong relationships
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent organisation and planning skills and is happy to multitask
