In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, service managers, commissioners and partners, producing high-quality analytical outputs and performance information. You will play a key role in ensuring data quality, supporting statutory reporting, and promoting the effective use of evidence across the Council.

Key Qualifications
- Advanced IT skills, including databases, advanced spreadsheets (including PowerQuery)
- Awareness of emerging business analytics tools
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Project management skills
- Experience with PowerBi or other relevant visualisation tools (desirable)
- An understanding of Adult Social Care (desirable)
