Credit Controller – Fully Remote – UK & Ireland
A global professional services business operating in over 50 countries is building out their EMEA credit control function.
They work with global enterprises, fast growing tech companies and startups to deliver innovative solutions to support them.
You'll own a portfolio of customer accounts. Collections, reconciliations, queries, disputes, and the relationships that sit behind them.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across EMEA, ensuring timely payment
- Own reconciliations on larger accounts and resolve queries end to end
- Partner with the invoicing team so customers receive invoices on time
- Liaise across Sales, Ops, and customer finance teams to resolve disputes
- Flag high-risk balances and recommend actions to management
- Improve DSO on your portfolio
Your experience:
- 3+ years in credit control with a strong track record
- Experience working with large enterprises
- Multi-country, multi-entity and multi-currency experience
- Sharp on reconciliations, organised, detail-driven
- Comfortable having difficult conversations
- Self-sufficient, quick to pick up new systems
- Proactive in your approach
