As an Analytics Associate Director within the DDT team, you’ll sit at the centre of data-driven decision-making, turning complex data into clear, compelling stories that shape the future of some of the world’s most exciting and recognisable brands. Working across multiple high-profile accounts within Starcom’s diverse client portfolio — you’ll be a trusted member of the team, partnering closely with strategists, planners, and clients to influence real business outcomes. You’ll own the end-to-end analytics output across your accounts, from designing robust measurement frameworks and defining success metrics, to uncovering insights that challenge thinking and spark action. This is a role for someone who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands-on problem-solving: translating performance data into meaningful recommendations, guiding teams with confidence, and ensuring analytics is not just reported, but truly embedded in how decisions are made. If you’re excited by the idea of leading with insight, shaping strategy, and seeing your work directly impact ambitious global brands, this role puts you right where it matters most.
Responsibilities
In your first 6 months, you’ll build trusted relationships across planning and activation teams and become highly knowledgeable about measurement solutions across Publicis Media.
