Role: QA Analyst
Location: Hybrid schedule – twice monthly in the office based in central London
Salary: £ DOE plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Core hours 09:30 – 16:00; you can work around these to suit you. This role may include participation in an out-of-hours rota as required by the business.
Role summary
Working within an Agile technology team, the QA Analyst role focuses on learning how to test modern digital healthcare services that support millions of patients across the UK. You will work with experienced QA Analysts, Developers and product teams to ensure new features are safe, reliable and high quality. Full training and mentoring are provided, with opportunities to build skills across manual testing, exploratory testing, and, over time, automation testing.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of an Agile delivery team, supporting the testing of new and existing features
- Learn how to analyse requirements and understand how systems should behave
- Execute manual and exploratory tests across web and mobile applications
- Log defects clearly and accurately using tools such as Jira
- Support regression testing ahead of releases
- Collaborate with developers and senior QA colleagues to understand issues and solutions
- Gradually learn automation testing concepts and tools as experience grows
Qualifications
- A keen eye for detail and a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Interest in learning test automation
- Exposure to Agile ways of working (desirable)
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Basic familiarity with software, apps, or digital platforms
- Awareness of tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar (desirable)
- A strong interest in technology, software quality, or testing
- Williness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback on board
- DBS check required as part of employment process
