Feedstock and Digestate Manager

Astute's Renewables team is partnered with an established anaerobic digestion business that designs, builds, owns and operates assets. They're looking to recruit a Feedstock and Digestate Manager to lead and oversee feedstock operations across their growing portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Internal teamwork with operations, finance, and maintenance teams
• Engage with farmers, contractors, suppliers, and landowners
• Understand procurement strategies to balance operational and financial requirements of the sites
• Support the operations team as required for major works including de‑grits
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Higher education/degree in a relevant field (e.g., Agriculture, Agronomy)
• Additional qualifications such as FACTS are desirable but not essential
• A valid UK driving licence

Personal Skills

• Experience working in anaerobic digestion, commercial farming, or waste sector
• High levels of autonomy and initiative
• Strong negotiation skills
