About You
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
- Organised with strong time management skills
About Your New Role
Always
- Manage and collect outstanding debt in line with agreed credit terms
- Allocate and reconcile customer payments accurately
- Maintain accurate customer account records
- Produce regular debt and cash collection reports
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and reduce overdue balances
Often
- Follow up on aged debt and escalations
- Support credit limit reviews and decisions
- Work with stakeholders to improve cash collection processes
Occasionally
- Assist with wider finance reporting tasks
- Support process improvements within the credit function

- Allow overdue debt to go unreviewed or unactioned
