Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant needed at Padstone. Based in Whitstable, join an energetic construction recruitment team where you will develop on busy desks. On Target Earnings for year 1: £30k+ / £38k+.

Compensation

Uncapped commission paid monthly plus additional bonuses for meeting targets and goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a recruitment team or train new colleagues.
• Deliver B2B recruitment services to clients within the construction sector.
• Achieve desktop billing targets; demonstrate high desk billing capability (target 170k+).
• Maintain GDPR and KPI compliance.
• Develop bespoke business plans and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in recruitment or construction.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role or within the construction industry.
• Strong ambition and team player mindset.
• Ability to drive and own a vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
• Valid driving licence.
