Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
- Client Acquisition: Drive client acquisition efforts to secure new contract business opportunities.
- Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT talent through various channels.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients you on-board who are hiring IT contractors and interim staff.
- Market Insight: Provide clients with valuable market insights and advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to the agency's growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a 360 Contracts Recruitment Consultant in the IT sector contract market.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive: Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results.
- Location: Must be able to work in the office near Liverpool Street Station, London, 5 days a week.
