Who this programme is for
Ignite is designed for Year 12 and 13 students (as of September 2026) who are keen to learn more about accountancy and business. Stand out during the programme, and you could fast-track onto one of our sought‑after school leaver programmes, securing your future before you even leave school!
We particularly encourage applications from students who are genuinely interested in starting their career through a school leaver programme after completing their studies.

Dates: Monday 17 – Thursday 20 August 2026
Location: Reading office – in‑person (please ensure the office you apply to is within a reasonable commuting distance).

You do not need any prior work experience. We are looking for enthusiastic, curious individuals who are eager to learn and have a keen interest in business.
This is an in‑person work experience and full attendance is required to successfully complete the programme. You must be available for the full duration of the programme and ensure the office you apply to is within a reasonable commuting distance from your home.
