Monday to Friday – Kent-based – Hybrid working

Flexible basic salary + uncapped commission – OTE £45,000+ in year one

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with local businesses
• Winning new business through a structured, multi‑channel sales approach
• Meeting clients face‑to‑face and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through their job search
• Attending networking events and building your presence in the local market
• Managing your own desk and exceeding revenue targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in recruitment or a strong background in target‑driven sales
• Confident communicator – on the phone and face‑to‑face
• Self‑motivated, driven, and commercially aware
• Someone who thrives in a team but takes ownership of their success
