- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, including building strong business relationships through strategic B2B development (calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach)
- Sourcing talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & networking
- Managing vacancies from briefing to placement
- Matching and prepping candidates for interviews
- Negotiating offers and closing placements
- Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face‑to‑face
