Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with dementia, cognitive conditions, and complex physical or emotional needs
- Administer medications safely and effectively
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong clinical and ethical leadership
- Support care planning, reviews, and ongoing assessments
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
- Ensure residents are empowered to direct their own care wherever possible
Qualifications
- Active NMC registration as RGN or RMN
- Previous experience within elderly care, dementia care, mental health, or complex care settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Kind, caring, and compassionate nature
- Passion for delivering outstanding nursing care
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
