£55,000-£60,000 + excellent benefits package

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and clinical leader looking to make a meaningful impact on care quality within a nursing home setting?

We are supporting a well‑established, values‑led elderly care provider as they recruit a Clinical Services Manager (Clinical & Care Quality Lead) for one of their nursing homes in South East England. This is a senior leadership role within the home, offering the opportunity to influence clinical standards, quality systems, and resident outcomes on a daily basis.

You will lead on clinical governance, audits, inspections, medication management, safeguarding, and regulatory readiness, ensuring the home consistently meets CQC and professional standards.

About You

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in a senior clinical or quality‑focused role within a nursing home or elderly care setting
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, MCA/DoLS, medication management and clinical governance
• Confident leading audits, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Visible, supportive, and values‑driven leadership approach
