Job Introduction
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executiveto drive execution of our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media campaigns and lead generation. This role is critical in building a consistent digital presenceand delivering measurable pipeline outcomes, particularly in support of key programmes.
The ideal candidate is hands‑on, execution‑driven, and able to translate strategy into high‑quality campaigns with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening brand presence, driving measurable business outcomes and laying the foundation for future marketing scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, primarily LinkedIn
- Drive campaigns for:
- Lead generation (programme sign‑ups, prospect engagement)
- Recruitment support
- Brand visibility initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversion
2. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Ensure alignment with brand positioning and messaging
- Track engagement and continuously improve content effectiveness
3. Content Development & Coordination
- Develop content across formats:
- Thought leadership
- Educational content
- Internal branding (people, culture)
- Work with internal stakeholders to source content
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) where required
4. Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
- Support development of lead generation funnels (e.g. campaigns, forms, landing flows)
- Track and report on:
- Leads generated
- Conversion rates
- Campaign ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. business, programme owners) to align campaigns with business priorities
- Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all initiatives
Job Requirements
Experience
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in Financial services, insurance, or professional services. Fresh graduates who have relevant experience may apply.
- Provenexperience in:
- Social media campaign execution
- Digital lead generation
- Content‑driven marketing
Skills & Competencies
- Strong execution capability with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Data‑driven mindset with basic analytics capability
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital marketing tools
