Overview
As the Senior Manager, Community, your impact will be felt across the global hospitality community as you strengthen and grow meaningful relationships that support the long-term influence of 50 Best. Working closely with the Director of Community you will play a key role in talent and community operations, helping to drive event programming delivery and represent 50 Best with confidence and credibility.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Strengthening and growing the global community through nurturing long-term relationships with priority talent and industry stakeholders
- Driving strategic talent engagement across global programmes to support event and content credibility, identifying opportunities to deepen community loyalty and advocate for improvements
- Representing the brand with authority across industry events & platforms, including presenting and hosting in-person sessions at 50 Best events
- Shaping event content and programming to reflect global industry trends
- Supporting leadership of community operations to ensure operational excellence across community initiatives
- Assisting in Voting Academy Chair communications and engagement, and stepping in for the Director where required
What You’ll Need
- Strong experience within the global hospitality, food, drink or events industries, with demonstrable progression
- Proven ability to foster relationships with high-profile talent, partners or senior stakeholders
- Strong judgement and prioritisation skills in fast-moving environments with the ability to manage complex workstreams in parallel
- Credible, confident presence; comfortable representing a brand or organisation at a senior level and presenting publicly
- Driven by a passion for hospitality, gastronomy, and the global food community, with a keen eye for spotting news and trends and translating them into valuable insights for the content team
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members would be advantageous
- Ability to speak additional languages is desirable
- Willingness to attend industry events and travel internationally
