Mechanical Project Manager Immediately Required!

RCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands with projects spanning across the UK. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential and leisure sectors.

Responsibilities

• MEP installations and ensuring they are completed to specification and high standards
• Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover
• Reporting to the Mechanical Director on a weekly basis
• Providing estimates for potential tender opportunities
• Overseeing the project from inception through to handover
• Ensuring materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP installation / project
• Managing direct staff and subcontractors

Qualifications / Experience

• Previous experience with an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience
• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering
• CSCS Card
