Overview

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a client in Braintree, Essex. The role focuses on preventing equipment failure and carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance (PM).

Working Hours & Benefits

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Holiday entitlement: 20 days, increasing to 25 days after each year worked, plus bank holidays.

The company operates a 1:3 call-out system.

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure.
• Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out as planned.
• Meet KPI targets for quality, waste reduction and efficiency while following all Health & Safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the manufacturing, processing, warehouse or cold store industry.
• Electrical bias with valid electrical qualifications or an apprenticeship.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Good standard of written and oral English.
• Basic Health & Safety knowledge.
• Data and analytical skills.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Windows-based packages).
