BMS Commissioning Engineers (Trend / Tridium / ALC)

Location: London & M25 (90% within area)

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE + Overtime (OTE £60k+) + £5,000 Car Allowance

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Overview

We are recruiting for a leading independent BMS specialists, one of the oldest and largest in the UK, delivering high‑profile commercial projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are seeking BMS Commissioning Engineers at all levels.

Role Responsibilities

• Commissioning of BMS systems (Trend / Tridium / Niagara)
• Point‑to‑point checks, functional testing, system validation
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Working alongside Project Managers and site teams
• Leading commissioning activities on larger projects (senior level)

Requirements

• Experience with Trend and/or Tridium (Niagara)
• ALC experience desirable
• Strong HVAC / building services knowledge
• Previous BMS commissioning experience
• Ability to read schematics and control strategies
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
• £5,000 car allowance
• Regular overtime available (OTE £60k+)
• Overtime rates: time and a half (Saturday), double time (Sunday)
