We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to maintain, repair, and improve hotel facilities and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and guest safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions promptly
• Maintain and test fire alarms, emergency lighting, and safety systems
• Manage maintenance logs and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for specialised repairs
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability goals
• Respond quickly to breakdowns or urgent maintenance requests
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and to high standards
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades
