About the Role
We are an established civil and structural engineering consultancy working on a range of residential and commercial projects including new builds, extensions, alterations, and structural surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with structural design from concept through to completion
- Produce calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Work on residential and small commercial building projects
- Support senior engineers with ongoing project delivery
- Attend occasional site visits and structural inspections
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design team members
Requirements
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng)
- 0-3 years' experience in structural engineering (graduates considered)
- Experience using AutoCAD
- Understanding of structural design principles (steel, concrete, masonry)
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a small team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Software Experience (Desirable)
- AutoCAD (essential)
- TEDDS / MasterSeries / similar structural software
