What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full ownership of the commercial function across the project lifecycle
• Leading cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting with confidence
• Driving subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
• Managing NEC3/4 Option C contracts (with ECI) and overseeing PSC contracts
• Ensuring accurate valuations, variations, and successful final account agreements
• Influencing project direction through risk management and value engineering
• Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong expertise in NEC contracts, particularly Option C and ECI
• Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
