Commercial Heating Engineer
Location: London & Southeast
Salary: GBP40,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Job type: Full-time, permanent
You will work closely with your Line Supervisor and co‑workers, attending and assisting with jobs across several contracts, including responsive breakdowns/repairs and quoted works.
Responsibilities
- Working within a communal heating boiler house.
- Isolate, drain and refill/vent a communal heating and hot water system.
- Install radiators and associated valves.
- Install communal heating pipework and associated fittings.
- Assist a communal gas engineer.
- Assist a boosted water pump engineer as required.
Requirements
- 5 years experience in a similar position.
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing or equivalent.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points).
