As a Technical Sales Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of our friendly and hard-working team. Your day to day tasks will combine technical and administrative skills, supporting both customers and our sales team with accuracy, care, and great communication. If you enjoy problem-solving, have an eye for detail, and love helping others, this is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, supportive environment. No previous technical drawing experience is required but if you have it, it’s a bonus! Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing accurate quotations using in-house drawing and calculation tools
Supporting the sales team with technical and administrative tasks
Offering excellent customer service and resolving delivery or order queries
Updating and maintaining internal CRM and databases
Completing general office administration as needed

A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn technical systems and software
Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role is helpful
