Senior Robotic Process Automation Developer
Senior subject‑matter expert responsible for the design, development, integration and deployment of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions across the Trust.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the Automation Development team and support RPA training, support and development for colleagues.
- Participate in all aspects of RPA process design, system integration, solution development, programming and technical implementation across the automation development lifecycle.
- Create complex functional specifications and author controls and standards.
- Develop and maintain RPA applications across multiple technology platforms.
- Perform systems integration, testing and deployment of automation solutions.
- Identify and recommend new automation applications to support clinical and corporate transformation goals.
- Engage the Trust on the benefits of automation, building partnerships across the five hospital sites.
- Maintain cost‑effective, risk‑controlled, reliable and secure automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of complex RPA process delivery in health care.
- Ability to design and create RPA solutions for a large acute Trust.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure, multitask and prioritise heavy workloads.
- Maintenance of professional integrity at all times.
