We're a Sheffield‑based deep‑tech startup rewriting the rules of manufacturing. Our proprietary PolyMorphic Moulding technology, a digitally controlled pin-array system that replaces fixed tooling, sits at the intersection of precision engineering and intelligent manufacturing. It's faster than 3D printing, more adaptable than traditional tooling, and entirely our own.

You’ll work alongside our engineering team on live machine development; designing, building, experimenting, testing, troubleshooting, and iterating on hardware that doesn't exist anywhere else in the world. We do all of this in‑house, so the role could have a bias toward any of the following engineering skill sets; mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, software, or product design.

We’re looking for a pragmatic, hands‑on engineer that has a degree in engineering or a related discipline; mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, manufacturing, software, product design or similar. Beyond that, we care far more about how you think than what modules you've taken.
