Production Manager – Gloucester
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a growing operation at our site in Gloucester, overseeing all production departments within a complex manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations while delivering on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Plan and coordinate production activities in line with project requirements
- Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications
- Manage, develop, and support team leaders and production staff
- Work cross‑functionally with projects, purchasing, and QHSE teams
About You
- Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and materials
- Experience within regulated industries (e.g. petrochemical) desirable
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and strong communicator
