We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done. We are hiring experienced, growth-minded recruitment consultants looking to propel their career, whether that be into a management role or as a top billing IC. The Role
- Establish yourself as an expert in a specific niche of the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space, building your knowledge and growing your own patch.
- Approach and win new business for yourself and Plexus; this can be face‑to‑face but predominantly phone based as we are fully global.
- Nurture and build long‑term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate terms of business, salaries and packages and curate job specifications with clients.
- Either source candidates yourself or rely on our delivery team to do so.
- Opportunity to collaborate with our marketer to create a personal brand.
- Pathways to management, international relocation and directorship available.
