Human Resources Business Partner
Location – The Portland Hospital, London
Employment type – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) reports directly to the Chief Human Resource Officer and partners with the management team to execute HR strategy across the facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement and develop the HR strategy in key areas such as talent, resourcing, reward, employee engagement, and organisational development.
- Partner with the management team on key HR projects and local initiatives, delivering training to new starters and leaders.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations, coaching staff to resolve issues.
- Coach and support management to anticipate and pre-empt organisational and people issues.
- Support organisational development programmes.
- People planning.
Skills and Experience
- Fully CIPD qualified.
- Ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
- Strong multitasking, time‑management, and planning skills; able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Healthcare knowledge an advantage.
- Experience advising and coaching senior managers on ER and people issues.
