Key responsibilities

• Managing and developing a Secondary Education desk across Birmingham
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and education professionals
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality teaching staff
• Driving business development and winning new clients
• Delivering a consultative, high‑quality service to both clients and candidates
