We are seeking a hands‑on HR Business Partner to support UST’s growth in the UK. This role requires an experienced HR professional who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to deliver day‑to‑day HR activity.

You will personally manage complex employee relations cases, manage TUPE and related change activity, and work closely with leaders to execute workforce plans.

This is an embedded, delivery‑focused HR role, requiring strong judgement, resilience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.
