About the role

We are looking for someone passionate about enhancing people strategy and decision-making across GSK through scientifically rigorous employee insights, behavioural science research, and data-led storytelling.

The People Data Analytics (PDA) team in GSK is a global team with a purpose to combine science and technology to drive talent decisions across the company. As a close-knit function of data scientists, behavioural scientists, data analysts, engineers, and employee listening experts, we are working to find new ways of understanding and improving the employee experience to help our colleagues globally get Ahead Together.

As a Behavioural Science Consultant, you will oversee projects from end-to-end, leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, behavioural scientists, and data engineers. You will be scoping, designing, and delivering analytics projects, partnering closely with business and HR leaders. You will also deeply understand good survey analysis and how to take very large scale survey data‑sets to make actionable insights for senior leaders and HR.

You will bring an outside‑in view as a behavioural scientist, connecting with senior leaders across the business to advise on scientific insights and best‑practice to people strategy, as well as finding new opportunities where people data analytics and behavioural science can help improve business decision‑making.

In this role, you will get an opportunity to investigate and deliver data and insights across all parts of the employee lifecycle such as leadership, inclusion & diversity, performance, hybrid ways‑of‑working, and culture.
