The Opportunity
You will manage and develop a high‑value caseload of complex clinical negligence matters, which may include:
- Delayed diagnosis claims
- Surgical negligence claims Birth injury / obstetric claims
- Fatal claims Mismanagement of treatment claims GP negligence claims
- Catastrophic injury matters Inquests and related healthcare disputes
Depending on level, you may also:
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers Lead business development initiatives
- Build and grow a specialist department
- Contribute to strategic growth plans
- Develop referral relationships and introducer networks
About You
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with strong claimant or defendant clinical negligence experience who are:Senior Associate level seeking progression
- Existing Partners looking for a stronger platform
