Overview

ARAG UK has an exciting new opportunity to join the US team as a Training Team Leader to lead and manage the delivery of training across our claims teams.

As Training Team Leader (Claims Academy) you’ll develop brilliant people and help raise capability across our Operational Claims department. This is an excellent opportunity to lead our Training Coaches and own the design and delivery of a high‑impact onboarding programme, whilst measuring results and continually improving. This is a pivotal role, shaping learning that drives performance, quality, and compliance across the department.

This is a full‑time, permanent role that can be contractually based from either our Bristol or Bedwas office, with frequent travel between the two sites.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record building training programmes, frameworks and robust competency checks that stick. You’ll demonstrate strong learning practice and methodology, with the flair to turn complex information into simple, engaging learning experiences. In addition, you’ll be a confident people leader and coach, ideally coaching qualified (or actively working towards it).
