Overview

The role is responsible for leading and continuously improving the site’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems, ensuring full legal and corporate compliance. The postholder will drive a strong safety culture through audits, training, incident investigation, risk management, and effective communication, while acting as the key site contact for regulators, corporate EHS teams, and external stakeholders. This role also supports operational safety, emergency preparedness, contractor control, and—where applicable—process safety, waste management, security, and people management.
