Role Overview
Clarion Futures, the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group, seeks an Employer & Partnerships Officer for its Jobs and Training Team to identify, secure, and implement sustainable employment and training opportunities for Clarion residents and customers. This role focuses on working with Clarion contractors and supply chain partners to deliver social value commitments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long‑term employer partnerships across the supply chain and wider labour market.
- Identify, secure, and implement sustainable employment and training opportunities for residents and customers.
- Coordinate with the Clarion Futures Social Value team to share opportunities with Employment Support Officers and promote them across caseloads.
- Conduct regular account management activities to build and maintain a portfolio of high‑quality, innovative strategic partnerships, particularly within growth and priority labour market sectors.
- Research and analyze emerging trends in the employment and training sector to inform partnership strategy and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in the Employment & Training sector, including sourcing vacancies and opportunities through employers and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of building long‑term business relationships in an account‑management environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and the economic landscape.
- Willingness and ability to travel across regions as required.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Subject to an Enhanced Adult Criminal Record Check Clearance.
