The Job

• Work from their London office twice a week, as you scale a contract business underneath you.
• Pick off the roles from their existing client base, winning new business and building a unit.
• It is an individual quota-carrying role, with expectations of placing senior executives.

About You

• Hands-on biller, with a mature head who can work with £2000 p/day interims.
• Happy to build a contract/interim unit, getting your hands dirty with new business development.
• Proven exec search skills and able to work with large margins.

Salary and Package

• Up to £100k salary, plus £200k+ expected OTE
