Telesales Executive

Zip Water is looking for a passionate and driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by reaching out to potential customers to promote our cutting-edge drinking water solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Execute outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Zip Water’s innovative products and services
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand customer needs
• Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and how our solutions can meet their needs
• Successfully close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain an organized and accurate record of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify improvement areas and implement strategies for growth
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Salary: OTE £35,000 - £37,000

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in telesales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• A strong ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
• Self‑motivation and a results‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software
