Overview
Walker Hamill is a proven environment to build your career in recruitment and executive search. The graduate training scheme spans 36 months and will teach you all aspects of becoming an Executive Search Consultant and cover the private equity industry we serve.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to find, evaluate and engage with candidate profiles from private equity, investment banking/M&A, strategy consulting and MBAs from leading business schools.
- Support the Private Equity team in mapping target candidate pools and conducting search‑based work for Associate, Principal and Partner level hires across investor relations, portfolio/value enhancement and fund finance and accounting teams.
- Attend formal and informal training sessions and spend time in our Frankfurt office as part of your development.
- Progress through annual promotions toward an experienced Consultant role.
Qualifications & Skills
- Recent graduate, ideally with experience from office‑based internships, sales or finance roles.
- Curious, self‑motivated, and highly organized with a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent communicator with natural EQ and the ability to engage people at all levels.
- Optional: fluency in Italian, French, German or a Nordic language.
