E-commerce Trading Manager

Company: White Stuff

Location: London

Posted: May 1st, 2026

White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women’s and men’s clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in house), intricate details and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We’re sociable, talented and like minded and we’re not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

Who you are

Primary objective of the job

The Ecommerce Trading Manager is responsible for delivering budgeted demand through the day-to-day trading of all White Stuff websites. Working closely with the Digital Marketing, Digital Optimisation and wider eCommerce teams, the role exists to maximise conversion, elevate customer experience and drive profitable growth.

This is a commercially led role that sits at the heart of the Ecommerce team. The Ecommerce Trading Manager translates trading data and customer insight into clear actions — ensuring the right product is in front of the right customer at the right time, and that on-site activity is always aligned to the wider business priorities.
