Your responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor
- Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
- Assist with preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Carry out take‑offs and measurements using CostX
- Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
- Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts

What we're looking for in a Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience or exposure to estimating and take‑offs
- Understanding of commercial processes within construction or fit‑out
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous
